Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
To be eligible, items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved items, minor imperfections and signs of wear are expected and not considered faults.
Please note: returns are not accepted on sale items or for change of mind regarding sizing.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or significantly different from the description provided, please contact us at contact@veloursvintage.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
